Random smoke detector checks will be done throughout the community and may require one of our staff members to access the attic by entering the apartment on this day.<\/p>\n \tPlease make sure that you have working batteries inside your smoke detectors. If detectors do not work upon replacing the batteries, let the office know. We want to make the inspection run as smoothly as possible. Please take proper precautions to ensure that we do not have to enter your apartment a second time.<\/p>\n \tResidents with animals must make proper arrangements to have pets crated or out of the apartment in case of needed access. All patios should be free of any barbeque pit or outdoor cooking device.
