Residents: for immediate notifications on important maintenance issues in our community, please Opt In to receive Text Notifications. To opt in:

  1. Log into your Resident Services account
  2. Click the Profile button on the upper right hand corner of the menu bar
  3. Click the Edit Your Profile button
  4. Check Allow Text (SMS) Notifications
  5. Type in the mobile phone number you would like to receive texts to
  6. Click Update Profile

You should receive a text message on your device to confirm that you would like to receive alerts
Reply to the message with 'Y'

To stop receiving text notifications, reply with 'STOP' to cancel. Standard text message rates do apply.
