]]>Just want to give a courtesy reminder…Rent is due on Wednesday, April 1st. For those who plan on paying rent during the 3 day grace period, please keep in mind our “Good Friday” office hours are 10am-4pm on Friday, April 3rd.

Spring is HERE…Property Upgrades will Begin Next Week
We’re excited to announce to our residents we will be upgrading everything from power washing exterior of all buildings to painting all metal on property (including your balconies, painting all trim work, and restoring all breezeways, walkways and staircases).
We will notify all residents 24 hours ahead of time if we need your assistance in removing personal items from balconies and/or if there will be limited access to your apartment for a few hours on a specific day. For your safety, please be aware of construction signs such as: “Caution Tape” and “Wet Paint”.
We appreciate your patience during this process. Time frame for completion of work will be first part of June (weather permitting). Great news is our property will be more beautiful than it already is once this project is done.
We’ve received both positive and negative feedback from our residents regarding the new process of “package delivery”. We’ve listened to your concerns and are working with our neighborhood post office Chimney Corners.
Locks will be installed on the package boxes in our Mail Center. If you receive a key in your mailbox, a small package will be in one of the package boxes to claim. Please use to open the package box and leave the key in the key hole for the next resident package to be delivered.
